NEW PROJECT

We are thrilled to have secured a new project for a private client in Knightsbridge, starting next month.

A beautiful, end of terrace stucco-fronted Victorian house, the works involve some minor structural changes, new passenger lift and full fit-out to an exceptionally high standard.

19 Stanley Crescent - purple door

STANLEY CRESCENT, W11 (SEPTEMBER 2018)
COMPLETION

We are happy to announce the recent completion of our project in Stanley Crescent, Notting Hill.

Working for a private client, this semi-detached, six storey house is situated on one of the most desired streets in the borough. The property was completely remodelled with works comprising lowering of the basement slab, new floors throughout, six bedroom suites, a new glass pavilion and roof terrace, media room and formal and informal living spaces.

KIMBOLTON ROW (JANUARY 2018)
NEW PROJECT

We have been appointed as the main contractor for phase 2 of the construction of a new-build private residence of approximately 9,000 sq ft in the heart of Chelsea.

Following the excavation of a new two-storey basement and steel frame superstructure, the project involves completion of the envelope and full fit-out of this architecturally impressive house and office space.

COMPLETION

We are pleased to announce the completion of the Banda Property development at 12 -18 Radstock House. Located in the heart of Battersea’s creative quarter, neighbouring properties include Vivienne Westwood and Victoria Beckham’s design studios with the prestigious Royal College of Art just around the corner.

We are excited to have just been appointed by a new American client to develop an impressive 13 apartment, mixed-use scheme in Holland Park.

Currently in the pre-construction phase, works begin on site towards the end of the year.
