ASHBERG HOUSE, CATHCART ROAD, SW10

Ashberg House, Cathcart Road, SW10

Beginning with the demolition of a 1970s built modern home, we delivered an 8,500 sq ft residence of exceptional architectural merit, an incredibly ambitious and unique design from renowned architects BLDA.

Extensive ground works comprised underpinning, 300 secant piles to the perimeter of the site and plunge and bearing piles through the middle.

We proposed and executed a top-down, bottom-up sequence of works, whereby we poured the lower ground slab before basement excavations, allowing us to progress the steel frame superstructure simultaneously.

The property features five floors, and includes a swimming pool, cinema, gym, six bedroom suites, a passenger lift, and expansive formal and informal living areas.
