We have been appointed as the main contractor for phase 2 of the construction of a new-build private residence of approximately 9,000 sq ft in the heart of Chelsea.

Following the excavation of a new two-storey basement and steel frame superstructure, the project involves completion of the envelope and full fit-out of this architecturally impressive house and office space.
